Past performance

2025 · Brick masonry repair for a school district in Sedro-Woolley (Skagit County). A prevailing-wage small-works job. A vehicle had damaged a brick corner wall at a district building. We removed the 17 damaged bricks and rebuilt the corner with matching brick, blended the mortar and tooled the joints to match a facade more than 20 years old, set concealed masonry anchors and repaired the substrate behind the new brick, then finished with an acid wash and weatherproofing.

Other non-residential work

2023 · Retail store interior build-out, Bellingham. As a trade subcontractor to the general contractor on a national retail store's interior build-out: metal stud framing, single-sided drywall, change-order framing (a re-framed cash-wrap wall, an extended soffit, an adjusted arch feature and a shortened fitting-room wall), and old ductwork removed and new ductwork installed from our own takeoff, closed out with a final punch list and site cleanup.

2022–2023 · Kennel building, bathroom and grooming room remodel, Burlington. Ongoing improvement work at a working dog-kennel property: the kennel building, a bathroom and a grooming room rebuilt with washable laminate wall panels, a sealed concrete floor and a stainless grooming tub, plus roof-vent leak and gutter repairs.

What we bid

Prevailing wage and paperwork

Prevailing-wage work runs on paperwork, and paperwork is how we work on every job: labor and materials on separate purchase orders, every change in a signed change order, dated progress photos, and lien waivers as trades are paid. We keep the same record on agency work.
