Done by our own crew and vetted, registered contractors
Our own crew works alongside registered contractors that we choose from competing written bids, with licensed or certified trades where the work requires it. Plumbing is done by certified plumbers. Every trade's work is on a written purchase order, labor and materials are kept separate, and every change goes in a signed change order. You always know who is doing what, and you deal with one contractor.
What we don't do
- Commercial or industrial electrical work. Our electrical license is residential, so we take electrical work at homes only.
- Work outside Skagit, Snohomish, Island and Whatcom Counties.
