Plumbing by certified plumbers in Skagit, Snohomish, Island and Whatcom Counties

Plumbing sits inside the walls and floors that every other trade touches. On our jobs, the plumbing is done by certified plumbers, and we run the project around them: the tear-out, the framing, the schedule, the other trades, the finish work and the walkthrough. You deal with one general contractor from the first visit to the last.

What this covers

  • Kitchen and bathroom plumbing in a remodel
  • Tub-to-shower conversions and new showers
  • Fixture replacement: sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs and showers
  • Water heater replacement
  • Plumbing for additions, ADUs and new homes, from rough-in to fixtures
  • Supply and drain line repairs

How we handle a plumbing job

At the site visit we look at what you want changed and what's likely behind the wall or under the floor. Plumbing in a remodel is a sequence: the wall or floor is opened, the plumber does the rough-in, and then the space is closed up, tiled and finished. We schedule those steps so each trade follows the last one, and nobody waits on a wall that isn't ready.

The written scope lists each fixture and connection, who supplies what, and how the wall or floor gets put back together. Dated progress photos are part of how we work, so we photograph the rough-in before the wall is closed, and you have a record of what's inside it. Changes go in a signed change order before the work changes.

Who does the work

The plumbing itself is done by certified plumbers. We hire, schedule and coordinate them, the same way we handle every trade on a project: chosen from competing written bids, and working under a written purchase order. On the new home we're managing in Stanwood, every trade, plumbing included, works under its own written purchase order and change orders.

Everything around the plumbing can stay with us: demolition, framing, drywall, tile and flooring, paint, and the electrical at a home under our residential electrical contractor license.

Questions people ask

Do you do the plumbing yourselves?

The plumbing on our jobs is done by certified plumbers. We hire and coordinate them and handle the rest of the project around the plumbing, so you have one contractor to call.

Can you replace my water heater or a fixture?

Tell us what you have in mind. A water heater swap or a new fixture is a common job, and it's often easier to fold into a bigger project, like a bathroom update. We'll talk it through at the site visit.

Do you do emergency plumbing?

No. We don't run an emergency plumbing service. If water is leaking right now, shut off the main water valve and call a plumber who takes emergency calls. For planned plumbing work, tell us about it on the form below.
